AMERICAÑA is a body of work formed by graphic novels and illustrations. As a whole, it constitutes a private and personal history of Latin America. Realised in collaboration with the publishing house Actes Sud l’An 2, 14 graphic novels explore different representations of latin american popular imagination. AMERICAÑA est un recueil de nouvelles graphiques et d’illustrations dont l’ensemble constitue une Histoire personnelle et intime de l’Amérique Latine. L’ouvrage, réalisé en collaboration avec les éditions Actes Sud l’An 2, se compose de 14 récits de bande dessinées (chroniques graphiques) dont chacun déploie un univers graphique propre (techniques digitales ou artisanales), de manière à invoquer les différents visages de l’imaginaire latinoaméricain.
